We both work with OEMs providing our engineering services in various projects and we are also developing our own automotive solutions that we just launched.

What You’ll Do

You will identify and solve problems that require analysis by adopting existing procedures, techniques, and methods – as well as exploring innovative ideas with high potential.

You will define the tools and processes that is needed to optimize the development in our organization. You will make sure that all requirements are balanced in the best way, together with concerned stakeholders. You will be part of defining roadmaps, capabilities and features in the backlog.

You will be part of securing a robust technical system solution. This includes working with optimizing the core compute, defining service/signal interfaces, breaking down functional requirements, implementing functional safety and cyber security standards and handling legal demands.


This is a broad area that gives you a great opportunity to build a solid and holistic vehicle view, and develop skills in concept development and requirement writing, planning and coordination.

What You Bring In

You have a solid system design background and a large passion for processes, quality, clarity, system, software, and cars. You will bring in your skills and knowledge in requirement handling, including function safety standards and cyber security. Communicating and connecting to stakeholders comes naturally for you, and you can easily balance expectations and needs for our product. You are self-motivated and can easily work together with your colleagues, and dare to make decisions when needed. You will bring in your skills in how to work in an agile way in the best way and how to bring in clarity and a structured way of working to achieve our goals in the best way.​

As a Principal System Architect you are a leader that will create clarity and guidance to others.

You should want to actively contribute to improvements and changes and takes responsibility for your actions and deliveries, also encouraging others to do the same.

You are an inspirational team member, seen as a person who takes full responsibility and whom colleagues can trust. You work independently but has a good understanding of the tasks of the team and is ready to support.


  • MSc/BSc within electronics, mechatronics, software or similar.

  • At least 5 years' experience in similar role in Automotive (10 years will be a plus)

  • E/E Architecture design, relevant methodologies and tools.

  • Experience in MBSE and Enterprise Architect is a plus

  • Knowledge of automotive in-vehicle networks and related protocols/standards (e.g. CAN, LIN, SOMEIP etc.)

  • Know-how of powertrain (including electric and hybrid), vehicle dynamics, body, and chassis functionalities

  • Knowledge of technologies and processes for automotive SW specification and development 

  • Knowledge of automotive functional safety (ISO26262 certification will be a plus) and/or knowledge in Cyber Security

  • Experience in SW development, C++ preferred but any language is satisfactory
